Our short term goal would ideally be to grow the existing investor base by enhancing the current investor offering. This would be achieved with the introduction of our GPN-GUARANTEED FUND. The company’s medium to long term objective would be to develop convenience store and franchised fast-food outlets. Providing a turnkey solution to prospective investors. This will be achieved by opening negotiations with current land lord s to either purchase or lease the forecourts. Retail gurus of the past have maintained and increased sales through visually appealing maxi sites coupled with mini marts or well setup convenience stores.
As a group we are currently actively involved in various successful retail businesses in various market sectors. We have associate companies in the cash management sector, marketing management sector, wholesale sector, and liquid petroleum sector and property development.
The business entity is formulated as a PTY (ltd) company. The business ventures will be purchased 100% cash unencumbered. Management will repay investor loans at a fixed rate of 12% per annum. This will be paid quarterly and is fixed for the duration of the investment period. The investor will be issued with a debenture certificate which is backed by a share. This will be redeemable after 5 years and includes a performance bonus payment. This practice is in line with shariah compliant sukuk funds. Investors also have the option of exiting the consortium by issuing written notice of his/her intentions to withdraw. A 90 day notice applicable. This model has immense tax benefits for the investor. Payments to investors will be made according to the investment start date. The investor has the option to re-invest his return in order to increase his/her capital value.
